On December 12, 2023, pursuant to Section 30.5 of the General Terms & Conditions
of Northwest’s FERC Gas Tariff, Northwest informed shippers that it will be holding
its second Annual Modernization and Emissions Reduction Project (M&ERP) Cost
Recovery Mechanism (CRM) Shippers Meeting on January 25, 2024, virtually, at
09:30am PST. Northwest looks forward to sharing the progress made on the
Modernization and Emissions Reduction Program.

be posted to the EBB prior to the meeting.
